As part of our Vision 2025 initiative, we’re excited to officially announce and unveil Thompson Thrift’s new look. Bold colors, new typefaces, and an updated logo are just the beginning. We've worked hard to develop a brand that is confident, vibrant, and represents our team that drives results every day.

Additional materials including business cards, letterhead, marketing packages, investor books, and site signage are being redesigned to reflect our new look. And, our biggest initiative—the brand refresh of the Thompson Thrift website—will launch in June 2020.

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but building on the new.

The new Thompson Thrift logo is a nod to the past as we look to the future. It's a result of our commitment to maintaining a substantial presence in the industries we serve, continuing to generate awareness about Thompson Thrift and its core businesses, and remaining relevant in the marketplace.

Streamlining our iconic T

Our brand refresh includes modifications to our existing logo to improve scalability for modern-day uses—including web, social, digital—as well as address some of the proportional challenges we’ve experienced in the past.

We expanded our color palette to better support our marketing needs across all business units. A range of blues balanced with a vibrant red-orange display confidence and energy to our residents, tenants, partners, and investors.

Brand Typefaces

It takes two to tango.

Thompson Thrift has two new typefaces: Tiempos and FF Infra. Tiempos—a hardworking, modern serif and editorial typeface—is used for headlines across our marketing collateral. FF Infra—a fresh take on a robust sans serif typeface—is used for subheadlines and body copy.
